This must have been the most frustrating nail art experience ever. The previous full cover acrylic overlay took me more than 1 hour to remove! This week's nail art was meant to be snowflakes and snowman (although it's 37 deg.C now in Perth).  However, my snowflakes were a big failure. I think I've chosen a way too complicated design and my free hand drawing skills are not up to speed. After drawing on 3 fingers, I took them all off. Sigh...

I decided to do some Konad stamping next, however that was a big failure too. My nail polish was not completely dry and it smudged everywhere! It was 1a.m. and I was about to give up. This is what I've completed between 1a.m and 3.30 a.m. Quite happy with the end result and I'm totally in love with OPI's Smitten With Mittens!

I DO love Smitten with Mittens, what a beautiful red. I had yet another look at the collection yesterday while shopping. Can't help myself!

Your nails are stunning. I just love the design. The roses are a big winner, every time. I think you are so talented and very patient. Gorgeous Jin :)

Hey Danielle, you managed to keep yourself cool during the weekends? Next Saturday is going to be a hot one again!

Thank you for your comments! It really means a lot to me. I feel that the process of creating nail art is a very theraputic one. I get to concentrate whole heartedly in one project and not think about anything else. I hope this passion for nail art will continue ;)

I totally agree with you. I love this colour too. It's one of the best in the collection. I actually bought this colour only after
looking at it the second time. What was I thinking? Hehe

it's true where you have to put your whole heart on the nails while you're doing them,
i've experienced few times when i was watching shows n doing nails
but end up i will remove all of them and redo till i feel satisfied,
hehe..

Oh i'm stuck in exam now and i'm not able to update my blog even my nails as well,
i feel so uncomfortable going out with bare nails.. ><

Hi Rachel thank you so much for visiting my blog eventhough you are in the middle of exams! Don't worry it will be over soon and then you can relax! hehe I totally understand what u mean about being uncomfortable going out with bare hands! Last week some of my acrylic overlay popped out cos I didn't do it properly and I was so conscious the whole day! I couldn't wait to go home quickily to fix it.

I used to do my nails in front of the TV too and that's just too distracting hehe. Now I've moved everything into a room and I only do my nails with music on.

Thank you for the compliments! I shall do another version next time. I've been so busy this week I may not redo my nails this weekend!
